Terms Of Service
1. I do not permit my work to be used for AI or NFT purposes under any circumstances.
2. I have every right to refuse a commission for any reason.
3. I have the right to blacklist individuals for any reason.
4. You must be over 16 to commission me.
5. You must be 18+ to receive an NSFW commission.
6. My turnaround time is 1-3 months, DEPENDING ON MY SCHOOL SCHEDULE.
7. You may request a deadline 18 days in advance. Any sooner requires a fee.
8. Be patient with me. I will not tolerate badgering or harassment for updates.
9. You may repost my work with proper credit as long as you own the character drawn.
10. Do not edit my art.
11. You may use my art freely for personal use.
12. If you wish to use my artwork/designs for commercial use, ask me in advance.
1. I only take Paypal or CashApp.
2. I only take USD, please convert appropriately if needed.
3. I will not start without proper payment.
4. Do not send me money without my acceptance, whether it be a commission or adopt.
5. Commission slots are not secured until they are paid for.
6. You have 24 hours to pay for an adopt unless otherwise agreed upon.
7. I can provide a full refund after 3 months if no progress is started. Prior to that, I can only offer a partial refund.
8. Forcing a refund by any means will result in immediate blacklist.
9. If I need to refund you or cancel for any reason, please respect that.
10. Give me time to pay you. I will give an estimated timeframe for a refund, which may be 1 week to 2 months, depending on the amount.
11. Clients will cover state tax (4.5%) and transaction fees (if applicable) of no greater than $10 additional.
1. You are subject to these rules regardless of whom you got my designs from, as long as you currently have one in your possession.
2. You may sell/trade/gift my designs as you please, even if they were gifted to you.
3. Do not sell/trade/gift my designs to anyone on my blacklist.
4. If you are scammed with my design, I cannot be held responsible.
5. If co-owning a design, do not delete the original TH. I cannot be held responsible for co-ownership disputes.
6. Any additional Toyhou.se profiles made of my designs must properly credit me.
7. Do not delete any original the toyhou.se profiles of my designs. Only extra profiles made, such as for co-owners, may be deleted.
8. Do not make duplicates of any profile for any reason other than co-ownership. I will make all initial design profiles myself.
9. You may reference aspects of my designs with the owner's permission. Do not rip off or copy my designs, you will be blacklisted.
10. You can change anything about a design without explicit permission, just keep my credit.
11. My designs may not be fully overhauled or voided without permission if they are less than 2 years old. If older than that, permission is freely granted.
12. You may not force my old designs on me or delete them because you cannot sell them.
13. Breaking my TOS will never result in me taking my designs from you. You will be blacklisted, however.
What my Blacklist does.
There are two levels, described below. Individuals on my blacklist cannot:- Do business (commissions, adopts, or OC resales) directly or indirectly with me. If you get a friend to commission me or buy an oc from me on your behalf, they will be added to the same list as you.- Own my designs secondhand.If you are added to this list and you currently own a design of mine, OR own an oc with art that I have done of them, you are not expected to rehome them or delete the art. What you do with your ocs is your own.
Level 1
I will not blacklist the seller if these people get my designs secondhand. They are here for purely personal dislike; I will not explain further, I do not want drama.(It is possible to be removed from this list! When I feel like it. DO NOT ASK ME TO BE REMOVED. Not for you, nor for your friend, or it will be permanent).
